Description

Yoga - The practice of yoga aims to educate and balance the mind, body, and spirit.  Vinyasa Flow is a traditional form of yoga that connects breathing techniques, known as pranayama, with a series of physical poses, known as asanas.   This class is suitable for both beginners as well as those with yoga experience.  Together, we will flow through a basic series of asanas and sequences while connecting our breath to movement in a fun, up-beat, music driven class.  Through this series, you will begin to build strength, balance, and flexibility as well as a foundation for inner calm, heightened awareness, and stress reduction. (50 min)
