P.T.S. introduces the TRX!

P.T.S. is proud to introduce its clients to the TRX!  The TRX is an amazing and challenging  new training program that allows the user to use their own body weight and gravity to determine how easy or difficult a particular exercise will be.  The TRX offers virtually an unlimited range of exercises that can be tailored to each clients needs.  TRX sessions are available with our one on one or group personal training packages.
